I had an issue with the room. I brought it to Alex‘s attention who acted with concern and professionalism. Then Daria, the manager, listened and acted to correct the issue by going above and beyond. This is the sign of a great management team and just one of the reasons as a Hilton Honors member I enjoy frequenting this property.

I got the 3rd party booking treatment. They stuck me in the room right behind the hotel sign. And the climate control was terrible. Was here a couple months ago and had a way better experience.
