Elevators always a long wait 15 min.. go for a lower floor so you can take the stairs

Room is very dated in the other tower. One elevator worked on the second busiest day of the year. I was locked in the bathroom due to a broken door. Mattress was absolutely crap I slept with a spring in my neck and won’t up exhausted. By far my most terrible experience at a Hilton.
