I’ve stayed in GDL many times and this was the nicest hotel experience that I’ve had in this amazing city full of options. Akira at check-in was amazing and stands out as one of the most hospitable Hotel bosses I’ve met with. He’s world class as were most of the staff from the sports bar, to the gift shop and even the Starbucks workers.

The room was very nice. The service in the restaurant was excellent and the buffet was delicious. The live music was great however I was looking for a hotel that had more of a walkable area and this one did not we have to drive everywhere.
