Only downside was I made a complaint about the AC in the room being broken, and there was nothing done to fix it.

The location is nice and is in the center of everything we did the hotel as a lot of potential. The guest service could have been way much better and the rooms could have been cleaner and smelled nicer and clean. The carpet made the room feel dirty as well as the room smelled like a low budget hotel.
