The reservation actually did not make it to the front desk clerk, however, she got a cancellation right when we were standing there waiting for Hotel Tonight to call back and we got the room. Our check in clerk was awesome!

Paying for parking is a joke. Sheets weren’t changed after two days, even after talking with the front desk. I understand the holiday but the day after is no excuse.
