It is a nice hotel but some of the people on the front desk are a bit unkind!

The front desk person was very professional. They were patient with my husband and I when we arrived and accommodate to our preference. The location of the hotel was in the middle of time square so everything was within walking distance for us! Definitely would want to stay here again
