The room was nice, clean and in a good area to go to piers. Front desk staff, no comment! There is only expensive Valet Parking - do add $50 (inc valet tips) to room rate if you have a car. The staff… NO COMMENT.

The location and price were great. The staff were very friendly and check in was a breeze. The hotel itself and rooms were very clean. The biggest issue were the beds. So uncomfortable. We got barely any sleep because of it. I won’t be staying again because of that, unfortunately.

Room was dated and dirty- the bathroom tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned - location , wonderful breakfast option next door and valet parking anterior plus. If it was one, I’d ignore it , but dealt with 3 different front staff members and all were disinterested and appear annoyed
