Good location. Rooms are a little small, but comfortable for Manhattan. Only negative was the breakfast service. Frequently out of food and crowded. The front desk staff is wonderful!

It renovated in the slightest. Old and shabby rooms, dirty carpeting, AC unit in the room lacked controls. Not a nice hotel at all.
