Try to call the day before to set up your shuttle. Although they say there is nothing wrong with their phones, you will get a busy signal when trying to call for pickup. It took 30 minutes to get someone to answer.

The room was spacious. Check-in was easy and staff were friendly. The location is quiet and across the street from a grocery store and some other stores but is not very scenic or easily walkable otherwise.
