No changing room for the pool… they said “use the lobby”. You can only use the spa if you sign up for a service meaning no steam or sauna if you’re a guest. That seems wrong to me. Hotel was overall expensive. Staff is lacking in numbers and therefore Service suffers. Outdoor pool was closed, even though it was almost May 1.
