Lovely hotel in the Fitzrovia area of London. The hotel staff was pleasant and check in was a snap. The room was well appointed and spacious for a European hotel. Excellent area of town to stay in with great walking neighborhood and easy access to the Tube. Try breakfast at the Farmers Cafe, just a couple short blocks away.

It was a beautiful hotel but some of the lights in the room didn’t work and the hair dryer didn’t work either. Also the person who checked us in was extremely rude and sent us the wrong way to our room. Also no one was at the front desk for most of the time we were there and they didn’t answer the phone either.
