Great design and location. Amenity fee is $20 for a welcome cocktail and two coffees. Silly anyhow, but bar was closed due to holiday & no replacement. Not given instructions for coffee until i asked next morning. Walls thin.

Beautiful hotel in prime downtown New Haven. Staff were super nice. The cafe was excellent to work out of too. Would highly recommend.
