Service was great and the rooftop restaurant was delicious! But the carpet was disgusting and sticky. Everything else about the room seemed clean, but could definitely use new flooring.

Our friend stayed in a separate room the same night we did. We learned the next morning that the rooms we got were polar opposites. Our’s was TINY, dark, outdated, and depressing. Our friend’s was spacious, clean, updated, and bright. Our experiences were completely different and it has turned me off to the entire Graduate chain of hotels.
