This was an excellent stay. I didn’t realize when I booked that proceeds help sponsor underserved children, so that was a great plus. Eco-friendly hotel with great views, good food, lots of activities and wonderful decor.

everything was excellent, super happy - my one criticism is that it has a similar problem to many London hotels: the restaurant staff could have a little better training/standards around customer service - nothing bad, just somewhat "common sense" oversights

Staff was so rude also racial discrimination the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. We paid extra for breakfast and the breakfast was disappointing and poor. I want a refund
