Room quality doesn’t match price, same for amenities. Pool is poorly maintained. Charged 500 dollar smoking charge for air quality sensor detecting a vape for one 20 minute period. Staff openly encouraged customers to dispute everything, heard multiple complaints at check out over pricing discrepancies.
