Nice and cozy. Quiet. Friendly front desk staff. Not pretentious for a boutique hotel. Love it!

Room was disappointing. Very loud, you could hear street car noise all night and walls were thin so guests that partied in the hotel you can hear in the hallway. Staff was hit and miss half were lovely and the other half were extremely rude. Hotel is a bit run down. Would not stay here again.
