the pillows were superb! the bed was nice and firm. the only issue I had was not being able to draw the curtains. I wanted to sleep in but the Sun had other plans .

over charge for security, 300 dollars for 2 rooms, got returned back just 200 dollars . Hope you can do something for us. we use this website all the time when we travel. Sorry to complain about it. Thank you.
