The service getting checked in wasn’t amazing. While waiting could overhear SEVERAL guests complaining about having to come back down due to malfunctioning key cards. Overall for what I paid, just wanted somewhere to sit/lay down for a few hours before hopping on a plane. 7/10 experience

Lots of hidden fees, they have all rooms open but charge $30 if there before 4pm. Charge $20 for parking, never dropped off towels, no soap, dirty floors, dirty stained couches, nice views but won't be here again.
