Front desk night manager was excellent, especially after a long day of travel. Shuttle service is so appreciated and the location for a quick overnight for next day JFK connection was the clincher in booking.

Woman at front desk literally yelled at me when I called to ask where to find shuttle. Then when I was checking in, I said I needed two cards and she looked me dead in the eye and said “please?!” I would not recommend this place at all. Location was sketchy, woman was incredibly rude and rooms weren’t well kept.
