I really thought all the positive reviews were fake because they were just so glowing. But I’m here to tell you this place is the real deal. Amazing amenities (hello free spa in the middle of Florence!), free a la carte breakfast, kind and helpful staff, and gorgeous huge rooms. Wish all hotels were this great.
