I requested a high room and ended up on the top floor, perfect. I wanted a room with a view and got a hallway glass corner room where I enjoyed a beautiful view of the city on a foggy evening and morning. The staff was very polite and attentive. 10 out of 10. ¡Viva Monterrey!
