The hotel is clean, the staff is sooooo amazing, the room itself was a bit outdated and was a fixer upper but the location was incredible, and the price was great

I was told I have to give my credit card as security.., they charged me twice , my charges still on credit card more then app charge me for that 2 nights ! Now I have to dispute it ! Very upsetting ! Front desk guy told me not to use your app !
