Great location if you love Chinatown and lower east side vibes. The free breakfast was the deciding factor for me because of how convenient and easy it is and it’s not just pastries, there’s some hot food as well. Check in was straight forward and smooth. Great hotel if you want something without all the frills. My room was clean :)

Hotel staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful with all needs. Room and bathroom were clean, large for NY standards, with a decent, filling breakfast.

No one was at the desk for 15 minutes while I was trying to check in. And the heat was making such loud noises, so I turned it off so I could sleep, and then it was cold.
