Front desk clerk never heard of customer service - rude and unhelpful. Also he informed me that I had to take out any trash from the room before checking out or they would assess a charge. Took a couple of attempts to get a room work sheets, bedspread, etc. Main hallway dirty. Hotel in general needs a facelift.
