I book a hotel in NYC several times a month and honestly it’s typically a mixed bag. Lemme tell you this property is excellent. Juan at check-in was so helpful and informative and the room was a 10/10. I’ll definitely book there again. Maybe even again this week?!?! So glad I stayed there.
