Ms Sabrina was the manager I spoke with directly and I have never in all of my travels, ever met a host so gracious. She was the manager on duty and the level of Customer care was outstanding. My kids had a late start to our morning, which required a slightly late check out and again Ms Sabrina made our stay an amazing visit.

Hotel charged $250 for having rosé peddles in the room. How ridiculous is that? Then they tell you it’s our policy. I’ve never heard that before, so how guests are supposed to know that!? If that’s the case then is the hotel saying they don’t wash the sheets nor vacuum the room?
