Rooms are spacious but they need to do a better job at cleaning. Breakfast is huge selection of items and is a real breakfast. People at front desk could be more friendly. Outside is kinda scary with transients and homeless people. Theres also coyotes so don't let pets run around.

Pros: location to South Coast Plaza, breakfast available, quick check in, bed was comfy, staff was kind, and we had everything we needed Cons: i wasn’t convinced the room was thoroughly clean as the top of the dresser and other tables were dusty. Kinda just like they vacuumed real quick and changed the sheets.
