Wonderful customer service and check in experience (thanks, Samantha!). We were given a room in the newer Gallery Tower. Hotel is quite new and clean. Bedding and room details are more on the average side, and decor is on the sparse side. Excellent, inexpensive valet parking for Vegas.

it was a nice room, yes its loud but it's not bothersome. my two kids were able to sleep with no problem through the night. The only thing was checkout, the elevators took forever to get to the floor we were staying on and only 1 of the 4 elevators would stop there. But it's a very lively hotel will definitely be staying here in the future.
