Well worn in room with some stains on carpet and pillows, but comfortable. Staff was friendly and you can't beat the location, much to do, see, and eat within walking distance.

Loved the location. My room window had a great view of downtown buildings, and I enjoyed watching people play games at the nearby pub. Lots of food options in walking distance. The room was larger than I expected, and well maintained. I took a taxi here, so I don’t know about parking, but I did see per day underground parking a block over

No wash clothes available. At all. Not one ice machine worked on any of the 11 floors. Was told to get it from the bar and they weren’t open. One glass for the room, when asked for one more was told no. When we were checking out 3 men at the desk were there to discuss the dead woman they had taken away. Apparently a fentanyl OD
