the maid knocked on our door at 9am Saturday morning. I told her we would be checking out at 11. She was knocking again at 10:50. I know that's a tough job but we planned to stay right until 11. I felt it was unnecessary.

Everything was very nice except for the elevators. There’s only three for a 40 story hotel.

got issues with neighbors knocking and kicking door in mid night , talking loud on phone. Fridge was not working, hair dryer is old with dust.
