amazingly kind and compassionate people who welcomed you as if you were at the Plaza. Will always book there when in the area. everyone from the staff, including valet,maids ,manager Walter, and front desk Zoe, is a professional, attentive, and kind, lovely hotel and people. I love this place

Location is hard to beat. Beautiful, and the staff was professional. A few issues that dampened our experience. Every time the A/C Heater came on there was a clank and buzzing noice that woke us up, not just from our unit but on each room beside us as well. Also having to jiggle the toilet handle to get to shut off.

Thin walls, could hear all the commotion in and around hotel. Room window faced a giant construction dumpster and back parking lot even though I asked for a room that had a view.
