The man at the front desk. I believe his name was Johnathan he was great. He was alone and honestly I think I would have walked out if that were my job. He had a man that was rude. He had a lady keep talking phone calls kept coming in. And he honestly was super professional. Cudos to him.

Bathroom was disgusting hadn't been cleaned, TV is a piece of junk kept shutting off, and the volume went up on its own, plus guide button didn't work and no way to stream any internet TV. the carpets were disgusting as well. i'm canceling ' tonight's stay
