The staff was very friendly and accommodating . There was a little problem with that heating and air conditioning unit making noise, they immediately moved us to a new room. Everyone working there was kind, thoughtful, and very helpful.

We loved the location and the service. The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs to our 9th floor room a lot.

Elevator was broken. Rooms are worn, furniture has tears in it. Location is only good if you’re going to be at the nearby hospitals. Parking is an additional $21 a day, and that was not mentioned in the description.
