Loved my stay. The hotel has great bones, as they say - spectacular outdoor design elements. They’ve let it get run down a bit, and basics like the key didn’t work for some people in the door to the building. Needs sprucing up. But it’s a hidden gem and just needs polishing.

Dee was great at the front desk and was able to check us in earlier. The location was perfect and the restaurant was delicious.

The room appeared dated and could benefit from improvements. Cleanliness was inconsistent, particularly in the shower, and the carpeted floors didn’t feel fresh. The water temperature remained lukewarm, which was disappointing. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room. Overall, the experience didn’t align with the rating.
