The bartender was super friendly, the front desk gentlemen were VERY helpful, the location is excellent and overall it is just a beautiful property. We also enjoyed the food and drinks, as well as the complimentary cookie and watter. We will definitely be back when we go on a cruise or just want to visit the area!

The service was not what I would expect at a Hilton. Also there was hair on the toilet. Their restaurant is understaffed and not helpful. The only saving grace was the free shuttle and their driver Ivan is amazing. Thanks Ivan!
