I’ve stayed here multiple times and the checkin is always an issue. They never seem to have the information for the booking , and upgraded rooms and service fees seem to change every time with no explanation. I like the hotel itself, but the check in process is frustrating.

Room was comfortable, they gave me some wheelchair accessible shower which was a bit of a pain, but it was otherwise good.

Room service was a bit difficult. They never brought extra pillows (despite us asking a couple of times) and didn’t clean our rooms each day. We ended up leaving a day earlier than our reservation
