Hotel refused to check my son in even though I spoke to the front desk a day earlier and they told me that 18 could check in. I’m a Hilton Diamond member, a level 17 on this app and I gave them my credit card AND talked to the front desk as my son was standing there and they refused to let him check in because I was not there.
