The front desk staff is always the best. We always get a thoughtful response to our requests and feel like they care about our needs. The new Brooklyn Cafe is amazing too. We got a free coffee and pastry with our room. Nice addition to the hotel experience.

Beds are very hard, the room electric turns off and on several time throughout the night. Tv doesn’t work to connect your phone or device. Dogs barking at night. Not the best hotel I’ve stayed at for the price, I’m sure there’s more comfortable options.
