Location worked well for visiting family in Brooklyn Heights. Room was efficient and clean. Front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful. Disappointed in visit to bar. No club soda— no light beer. Seemed odd-especially club soda. Go across the street and buy some if you ran out!

Normally like this hotel but they double booked my room and someone entered with a key at 4am to my room! Nightmare!
