A lot of people can easily be turned off by “basic” hotels. While this one could see some improvements (flies in the lobby, wonky room key readers, dirty bathrooms) the ease of check-in and friendliness of the staff do make things easier.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke , dirty.. was told I specifically chose a smoking room?? I was like huh? Old towels/ worn out
