Great space, good location. Stayed many times. However, if there's a problem, they fall completely down on customer service. It's non-existent.

The self check in, although worked, led you to a cold, dimly lit, and unwelcoming entrance and hallways. There was little to no noise insulation and it was very easy to hear other guests in their rooms. The room was fine. The lack of staff on site was unsettling. I don’t feel this can actually be called a hotel.
