they didn't have hot water, the cover in the bed it had stains like blood stains.

Overall it feels understaffed. The faucet was broken and I was told that housekeeping had gone home after 5 so I had to switch rooms. But the check in time was set to 4. No one helped me when I had to switch rooms, the hangers don’t fit from one room to the other, overall the experience could have been better.
