The room was nice and good location. The hotel communication was terrible. They did not make me room the first day and said I was suppose to request it. There was no mention of the rules at check in or any paper telling that information

Check in has to be manually entered by the hotel staff. My reservation wasn’t originally entered then they entered it incorrectly leading me to be locked out of my room because they thought i was checking out
