This is one of the best Courtyards I’ve stayed at. Friendly staff and clean premises. Beautiful office park with walking trails.

The room didn’t have AC, and it was kind of dingy. The trash was full in the lobby and smelled like dog poop. Otherwise, the manager and staff was wonderful, check in was easy, I felt safe, and if I were in a pinch, I would go back!

Coldest shower I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Like bizarre the hottest setting was at best maybe lukewarm-ish. The comforter had a suspicious stain. I don’t expect luxury but at least cleanliness and a hot shower I feel are very bare minimum from a courtyard Marriott.
