Staff were highly courteous and helpful. I got unlucky with bad neighbors who kept slamming their door. Staff gave me a new room and a free breakfast to make up for it.

Room is older, couch had a cigarette burn and looked dirty. Woken up at 0700 from a fire alarm that blasted for ever, not an actual real alarm. After the fire department shut that off, an alarm started going next door that was still going on when we left. Right next to the highway, so noise from traffic and a fan that would not shut off.
