Great stay at the Baltimore Courtyard!
Service, greetings, and assistance were fantastic. I hadn’t stayed at a Marriott in a while due to past hygiene concerns, but this visit won me over. Only hiccup—my room wasn’t cleaned after requesting it at 10 a.m., likely due to a language misunderstanding with housekeeping. Still, I’d gladly stay again.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes. Burn marks / discoloration all around sink. When I told the front desk they just said “sorry!!” and didn’t even take down my name or room number. They know. They don’t care.
