The room was clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was very good. The receptionist were very professional and courteous. The hotel grounds were well kept. I will not hesitate to come back. Very good experience.

Rooms need some repair work and some updating. Just not up to the standards that Holiday Inn typically has not terrible but not great either.
