while I was staying there, conde Nast traveller magazine announced this was the best hotel in the world. I'm not even sure it's the best hotel in Palm springs. but it's nice. small and well maintained. service is a bit slow, check in and check out took a while.

Absolutely incredible!! If I could give this place a 20/10 I would. The staff, the service, the pool cleanliness. If you're looking for a place to relax, this is it!! We will be coming back for years to come ❤️❤️❤️

The check-in and service was amazing. The room not. I couldn’t sleep well as the room curtains where not good and room felt very brings from 7am. I also ordered a salad the only one they had and I added protein (shrimp) ended paying $18 dollars extra for just 3 shrimps… I don’t mind but was shocking.
