This was a last minute stay but I appreciated the self check in (support from Stephanie and Tiherray). Room was fine, everything was clean, and it was close to various eateries etc

Attempted to charge my card at check in after already pre paying for the room. Then attempted to charge my card again after check out. Was told I would hear from the manager because I left before she came to work. Here I am 6 hours later and no response.
