Citizen M was just what we needed after several flight delays. The most comfortable bed ever (feels like a superior king) and an amazing breakfast for just $20 with unlimited lattes! Highly recommend.

The room was clean and neat. However, the rooms are oddly laid out. Some of the rooms only have access to the bed from one side. The bathrooms have glass enclosures, which provide limited privacy. The pillows on the bed were thick and firm and very uncomfortable.
