Check-in was slow. They also try to sell you a $20 more expensive room that's not a 1/4mile walk away. The cheap room is way on the on the other side of the casino.

Can’t call direct, rerouted to Phillipeans, very frustrating. Upsell you at reservations if you want to be closer to casino. Parking is a bit of a hassle.
