Sherwin the manager is a great guy. Lost my wallet and he made life a lot easier for me. My room was also very clean and enjoyed the stay

Overall, a great hotel experience. The front desk staff was very accommodating, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities. The only downside—opt for a higher floor. Being in the heart of the flower district means early morning noise from businesses and traffic!

Staff were rude, gave contradictory information. Elevator systems is very slow and delayed especially during high traffic times, waited 15 minutes of elevator once.
